Thanksgiving recap

28 Nov

How was your Thanksgiving?

I had a great long weekend with plenty of food.  I’m glad I got to spend it with my great friends here at the beach.  Family…I will see you soon!

First off, we did the Turkey Trot at Mt. Trashmore Thanksgiving day.

I think the headband says it all!

Truly, that may be my one main reason for doing the Turkey Trot…  It was a gorgeous day and I got to spend 6.2 miles with my best bud…so that was pretty okay too.

Of course there was plenty of food to be had.  I did not snag any pictures of Thanksgiving #1, but rest assured it was delicious!

Thanksgiving #2 was on Saturday after the UofM vs. OSU game.  GO BLUE!!!!

Food with all the fixin's

I still think I’m in a bit of a food coma, but at least I was well fed, right!?

This weekend Leanne and I are going to walk in the Surf n Santa 10 miler.  It was so much fun last year we want to torture enjoy it again!

What can I say, I’m a sucker for jingle bells and santa hats!  Count me in!
