Is today tomorrow?

2 Nov

Or…is today today?  These are the highly philosphoical questions that the first graders ask me.  Well, one first grader in particular.  She came to the door, with a very confused look on her face.  She then asked me, “Is tomorrow today?”  Looking at her very perplexed, I asked her to repeat herself.  She did, “I mean is today tomorrow?”  Still not understanding her.  I told her that today was today!  She didn’t appreciate my humor.  I asked her again what she meant and got pretty much the same answer.  Deciding that I could probably do this all morning, I told her that today was Wednesday and sent her inside.  I’m still not sure what she was asking me, but telling her it was Wednesday, seemed to help.

True enough!

This week’s been prettty quite.  Not a whole lot going on.  Except for, of course, Masters work.  I’m trying to do a little big every night, so I don’t get too overwhelmed.  I’ll let you know if it’s working out or not.

This is what the evening looked like last night…

Followed by this…

Bond is sooo not a fan of Double Shutter, but if you’re not…Oh man are you missing out!  It is so addicting.  It looks like a simple game.  Roll the dice, flip down the numbers that equal the number on the dice…  It’s so much more, sooo much more.

Anyway, if you replace the Double Shutter with a laptop, you pretty much have what my evening consisted of.

Am I crazy or what!?

Hope everybody is having a great Wednesday!  See you on the other side!
