Happy Mother’s Day! I think Mother’s Day is not only for your mom, but also for women who helped you become the person I am today. Of course my mom is the most important person on that list.
I mean how many moms will walk 8 half marathon’s with their daughter and every year look like this?
How many moms can you count on to have a new catch phrase on every vacation we’ve gone on? That’s a lot of pressure! I’d list them here, but I’m sure they are a lot more funny to us and you’d probably think we were weird for thinking they were so hilarious. So hilarious in fact that we bring them up every year.
How many moms write scathing letters to big universities because they got rid of our daycare. Plus, from writing this letter, gets better seats to the games?
How many moms love to watch, “That’s so Raven” and aren’t afraid to show it!?
How many moms will wait this patiently while I figure out the best angle and how to work the self timer on my new camera? Andrew not so much…
I love my momma. I appreciate all the gymnastics classes, voice lessons, marching band competitions, OMEA competition’s, bad grades, hysterical crying, boo boo’s, high school musical productions, new recipes, moves, new ideas, bad ideas, tattoo’s, and a multitude of other things she has listened to, eaten, driven to, and sat through. I know I can always count on her. And I know if I ever decided to try something new…she’d be there and be the one cheering me on the loudest. HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY MOM!
