I know, I’m a little late to be posting something about Thanksgiving.  I’m sure the leftovers are all gone and no one had too much to eat…

I spent my Thanksgiving back in Ohio.  It was wonderful!  Lots of time with the family and lots of eating.  It was great and I’m glad I am coming home again for Christmas.  It’s not that far away!

There are always tons of birds at my parent’s house.  I caught this guy!

Thanksgiving day was pretty rainy, as you can see from the gold finch, but not to worry there was plenty to do.  Like watching football…

And, oh yeah, making food…

Andrew made some delicious mac ‘n’ cheese this year!

Pretty much everyone gets a job on Thanksgiving.  Everybody did something, except for me, somehow…

Everybody working

The most delicious gravy you will ever taste!

We went a little crazy with the side dishes this year.  There are only four of us eating on Thanksgiving, yet we had seven side dishes! Obviously we don’t know how to edit.  Altogether we had: turkey, gravy, stuffing, cranberry relish, brussels sprouts, sweet potato casserole, sauerkraut, mac ‘n’ cheese, and crescent rolls!  Plenty of food and believe me plenty of left overs!

Thanksgiving was scrumptuous!

Thanksgiving wouldn’t be complete without some family shots!

Look at those handsome people!

I hope your Thanksgiving was as great as mine!  I’m excited to go back for Christmas!
