Low: This week has just been blazing hot. Seriously.
Right, right?!
I’ve been trying to get up early to get my walk/runs in. Even when I do get up “early” it’s still 90 and feels like 100! No bueno.
High: This picture is just too cute!
Bond can be cute…when he’s sleeping…
Low: Well at least for these people. The San Diego firework display was supposed to last 20 minutes…only lasted 30 seconds. Ooops.

High: Katie Holmes is finally free of her Scientology handcuffs. I’m not one for divorce and breaking up families. However, this relationship seemed all kinds of weird and wrong from the get go.
High: The Olympics have named their first ever female boxing coach. Guess what, she’s from the Hampton Roads area!
Okay, stay cool people. I’m off to the Farmer’s Market and to try not and shrivel up and die in the humidity! Fun!
