At school today we had a water conservation assembly. What? We are trying to be green here at the beach. The two actors in the program decided on a Star Wars theme without coming out and saying there was a Star Wars theme.

There was a vacationing Jedi penguin who was trying to use “the force” by watching his at home Jedi training videos. They also threw in a bunch of different Star Wars lines that totally went over the kids heads. The adults? Thought it was hilarious.
Oh, we also have a student who is living in a book. When asked if she had any brothers she said, “Yes, his name is Ian and he is 3.” If she had any sisters, “Yes, her name is Olivia.”
When I heard this I thought it sounded awfully familiar. Then it clicked!
