That’s pretty sweet right? I guess it’s really a view from my front yard…but, whatevs!
The OpSail Festival is in Norfolk this weekend and there are tons of ships all over the place. I mean more than usual. It seems a lot of the tall ships are anchoring in the Chesapeake Bay/Lynnhaven Inlet, right where I live. It’s also the bicentennial (1812) so it is bound to be a busy weekend for the harbour.
Apparently this was also the night to have a party on the beach. People were everywhere with their tents and adult beverages…
How come I wasn’t invited!? Totally kidding!
Tomorrow is my last full day Friday of the school year. This week just seemed to drag on and on… At least we get doughnuts tomorrow!
